Two runners today at Warwick.

Terry hasn’t exactly set the world alight in his two runs so far, he’ll probably fare better once he’s handicapped and I intend to send him straight over fences after this.

He looks as if he’d make a better chaser but he would have to show improved form in his next few races or he’ll be off to the sales in May along with any other horses owned by the late Trevor Hemmings that haven’t made the grade.

Terry is a kind horse to deal with, he’s good to ride, he generally jumps well and he’s a very straightforward person in all aspects.

Nazwa had been progressive until his most recent start when a wind issue was diagnosed and treated and this is his first run since.

When Nazwa first arrived here he was a very sour horse, he can still be a bit grumpy in his stable but he’s completely different in his attitude now and he really seems to enjoy his jumping which has obviously helped him.

Nazwa is a good work horse at home and he’s very slick over his hurdles, he will enjoy this ground.

They will be ridden by Jonathan Burke.

Royal Lake and Nazwa are both looked after and ridden at home by Beth Dutton who will also lead them up.
