Two runners today at Market Rasen.

4.50pm. Querry Horse runs in a handicap hurdle over 3m.
Querry ran a much better race last time out at Huntingdon when finishing second, if he reproduces that form I will be happy.

Querry has been a funny horse to train, he arrived looking weak and unfurnished and he has never really changed, physically he is exactly the same now as the day he came to Rhonehurst.
That’s the reason I’ve not run him very often because there is nothing of him, perhaps I should be tougher and just accept that this is his make and shape.

Querry is a gentle horse who can be keen on the gallops but is generally good to ride.

He will be ridden by Jack Sherwood.

5.20pm Working Class runs in a conditional jockeys handicap hurdle over 2m 2f.
Working Class couldn’t handle the tacky conditions last time out at Sandown, I thought the track would suit him but he wants proper good ground and it just wasn’t.
Working Class has been improving with racing as he’s learnt to relax more, he’s a horse with talent and I’m sure there is more to come from him given the right conditions.

Working Class is pretty laid back at home, which makes his racecourse antics very out of character, he loves his jumping and is easy to deal with.

He will be ridden by Harry Beswick.

Querry is looked after and will be led up by Flora Alessandroni, he is is ridden at home by Jan Soldan.
Working Class is looked after and will be led up by Marcel Danihel, he is ridden at home by Harry.
