Five runners today.

Romeo ran ok at Wetherby on his first outing for us, the ground wasn't very nice up there and even though he just about coped with it he would have been better dropped back to two miles in those conditions.

He will appreciate this better ground today, he's been in good order at home since that run and his schooling is always good.

Shaun is a big backward baby and this is his first time on a racecourse.

Shaun has gradually improved in his work, he's not flash but a thorough galloper.

It will be great to see him on a racecourse I love to see how the babies take everything when they run for the first time.

Let's hope he's got a long a bright future ahead.

They will be ridden by Tom Garner.

Romeo is looked after by C.J. he is ridden at home by Tom Garner.

Shaun is looked after by he is ridden at home by Chloe Boxall.

Jersey finished third on his debut over hurdles at Wetherby, the ground wasn't very nice up there and whilst he handled it his jumping was a bit sketchy as a result.

Jersey is a tough little devil, I love his attitude and he has plenty of ability.

He has schooled well at home since that run (see schooling video last Thursday).

Broughtons ran ok on his debut for the yard at Kempton last month, he just got a bit tired from two out.

Broughtons is a big strong horse who I'm still learning about, he has tons of scope and win, lose or draw I want to send him chasing after this.

Toberdowney was a consistent mare for us last season, she ran over different trips and on all types of ground, winning one at Wincanton and being placed several times.

After being bought back by The Million In Mind at the sales last spring Toberdowney went for her summer break with the Mintons, a few weeks later it was discovered that she had a problem with her eye and the vets weren't sure they would be able to save her sight.

Thankfully the operation she had to undergo was a success.

Toberdowney is a lovely uncomplicated mare who is easy to do anything with.
