One runner today at Taunton.

Lady had decent bumper form in 2019 before having a nightmare winter the following season due to lung infections, we just couldn’t keep her healthy for any length of time so she didn’t make it back onto a racecourse until earlier this year.

After such a long lay off it was a perfectly respectable run on very heavy ground at Newbury, she looked as if she could be involved turning into the home straight before weakening from two out.

Daryl looked after her and she’s improved plenty for that outing.

It was her first hurdle race and I was pleased with her jumping as she can be quite deliberate at home and she’s not over big.

Lady loves heavy ground so the conditions today should suit.

Lady is a sweet mare to deal with and straightforward to ride.

She will be ridden by Jonathan Burke.

Lady In Hiding is looked after and will be led up by Mila Lunackova, she is ridden at home by Charlotte Reid.
