One runner today at Warwick.

Myrtle (as her owners call her) was disappointing in two bumpers, once with her previous trainer, before a slightly better performance on her first run over hurdles here at Warwick last spring. She didn't jump well that day, despite being good at home, but she did run to the line which is more than she did in her bumpers.

Myrtle is a big mare and she has come back looking a lot stronger this time so it could be that she was still on the weak side last season.

Myrtle is a very straightforward mare to deal with, she's easy to ride and enjoys her work and schooling.

She will be ridden by Leighton Aspell.

Myrtle is looked after by Erin Pringle and will be led up by Marcel Danihel, she is ridden at home by Lisa Kozak.
