 One runner today at Huntingdon

Ballaquane is a tall horse who looks every inch a chaser in the making, he ran ok on his most recent start but as you know my horses weren’t firing at the time so I hope there is improvement in him.

He is still a work in progress and as the cliche goes whatever he does over hurdles is a bonus.

Ballaquane is a good moving, good ground horse who usually jumps well. He’s easy to deal with and good to ride.

He will be ridden by Tom Cannon, who rode his first Cheltenham festival winner yesterday so let’s hope he carries that good fortune with him.

Ballaquane is looked after and will be led up by Megan Brown who also rides him at home.
