Archie won at Fontwell on his third start over hurdles but then his jumping went to pot, it’s just a confidence thing.

We got Yogi Breisner in to try and sort him out because he can jump perfectly well, Archie’s jumping was much better at Wincanton last time out when he was attempting to give away 7lbs to two nice horses on ground that was softer than he’d prefer.

I want to give Archie one more run before a well deserved holiday to try and build upon his last run with regards to his jumping technique.

Archie has plenty of ability and after a busy flat season a good break will do him the power of good, he’s grown since he’s been with us and he’ll continue to fill out....I’m convinced he’ll have a good spring campaign if we look after him now.

Archie is a sweet horse at home, easy to ride and a very good work horse.

He will be ridden by Jonathan Burke.

Archimento is looked after and will be led up by Mila Lunackova, he is ridden at home by Tarnya.
