Two runners today at Hereford.

Flash is a horse with plenty of ability but he has been largely frustrating on a racecourse, his jumping is very good but for some reason he decided fences were not for him.

He ran ok when reverting to hurdles but no where near to his capability.

Flash will always be known for being Leighton’s last winner for me and when he won at Doncaster that day he showed what he can do when his mind is on the job.

Flash is an easy horse to deal with, he was very cheeky as a youngster but he’s grown up now.

He will be ridden by Daryl Jacob.

Jersey Lady won a bumper at the first time of asking at Ludlow just over a year ago she then went on to be placed in a listed race at Cheltenham, she traveled behind the bridle on both of those occasions and stayed on well to the line.

After that she became too gassy and keen both at home and on a racecourse, therefore she didn’t finish her last two races.

Jersey Lady is from a stout staying family so she will get a lot further than this once she learns to relax, she has been better at home so far and she will wear a hood in the preliminaries today which will be removed at the start.

Jersey Lady is a good looking filly who has schooled nicely at home, I hope she relaxes today but with only three runners that might not be as easy as we think.

She will be ridden by Brendan Powell.

Manning Estate is looked after by Lisa Falkowski and will be led up by Shannon Pascotti who will also lead up Jersey Lady who she looks a after.

Manning Estate is ridden at home by Alfie Jordan and Jersey Lady is ridden by Beth Dutton.
