Three runners today.

Newton Abbot 4.45pm Minella On Line runs in a handicap chase over 3m 1f.
Nelly was due to run at Fakenham on Easter Monday but on arrival at the course he was found to have banged a hind joint in transit and wasn’t 100% sound, so was withdrawn.
It was a minor issue which didn’t take long to clear up but he does swim so he didn’t miss any exercise.

Nelly is a horse that shows plenty of ability but has largely been an under achiever on a racecourse mainly due to his disrespect of fences from time to time.
He is the best jumper you will ever see but he will occasionally have lapses in concentration and take fences with him, so annoying but we’ve tried everything to correct it and nothing has made any difference once he gets into a racing situation.

Nelly is an enormous horse, a very good looking son of Kings Theatre, he is easy to deal with and a kind horse in his stable.

He will be ridden by Harry Beswick.

Fontwell.

6.45pm Robinesse runs in a handicap hurdle over 3m 2f.
It’s been a frustrating winter for Robinesse due to her need for heavy ground and she will only run tonight if the forecast rain arrives.

Robinesse is another that falls into the disappointing category, her half sister Mischievous Milly was a listed winner for us and Robinesse has shown glimpses of ability but she is very lazy in her races.

Robinesse is so laid back she’s horizontal, she has a kind nature and is very easy to ride.

8.15pm No No Maestro runs in a bumper over 2m 2f.
This will be his first race.
Marley has been ready to run for a while and I’ve been waiting for some nice safe ground for him.
He’s not flash in his work at home, which I believe is typical of Mahler’s but he’s honest and willing.

Win lose or draw Marley be off on his holidays after this run.

They will be ridden by Leighton Aspell.

Nelly is looked after and is ridden at home by Gracie O’Reilly, he will be led up by Erin Pringle.
Robinesse is looked after and will be led up by Quentin Leceour he is ridden at home by various people.
No No Maestro is also looked after and will be led up by Quentin he is ridden at home by Kai Lenihan
