1.00pm Newtonian runs in a novice hurdle over 2m 4f.
Newtonian has run well in both of his races to date, bumpers, finishing third and second.
This is his first hurdle race and his first run since having a wind operation.

Newtonian is incredibly laid back, I mean unbelievably laid back, he couldn’t give a stuff about anything.
All he does is eat and sleep.
Until he ran for the first time I wasn’t sure what to expect but fortunately he does wake up on a racecourse and is competitive when he needs to be.
Newtonian obviously has ability on what he’s done so far, his jumping has been good if a little bit flippant at times, this might not be his ideal track but it’s where we will get the less testing ground for now.

Newtonian is an easy horse to deal with in all ways, he’s a bit of a dude.

3.30pm Feodora runs in a handicap chase over 3m.
Feodora has not yet shown on a racecourse what she shows me at home, I’m hoping chasing will make things easier for her as she’s just a galloper.
This will be her first chase and whilst her schooling has been mainly good I think she will improve for the experience.

Feodora has a lovely laid back attitude, she’s easy to deal with and usually good to ride.

They will be ridden by Sam Twiston Davies.

Both horses will be led up by Marcel Danihel.
Newtonian is looked after by Shannon Passotti and he is ridden at home by Cameron Baker or Charlie Mann.
Feodora is looked after by Marcel, and she is ridden at home by either Emma or Daisy Chugg.
