One runner today at Kempton.

Jersey Wonder ran well enough at Cheltenham last month when finishing sixth in a competitive race.

He ran a bit with the choke out early on that day and with hindsight Johnny felt he would have dropped him in more had he known he was going to be like that.

He’s a funny horse because he definitely has two ways of going at home and on a racecourse, he’s either keen or lazy you can never tell beforehand.

This represents a drop back in trip, which will be fine and the track and ground should suit him.

Jersey Wonder is a cheeky horse at home but he’s generally good to ride.

He will be ridden by Jonathan Burke.

Jersey Wonder is looked after and will be led up by Beth Dutton, he is ridden at home by Louie Wicks.
