Three runners today.

Wetherby 3.45pm Querry Horse runs in a handicap hurdle over 2m 3f.

Querry never really fired last winter for no apparent reason, he was a lucky winner of a chase at Doncaster when the saddle slipped on the favourite two out.

Querry is very much a confidence horse and that seemed to be lacking in his latter races last season, I have reverted to hurdles today but he jumps fences well so he may return chasing at some stage.

He has been in much better form at home so far this term.

Querry is a sparely made horse who hasn't changed much physically since we bought him as a three year old, he's a very easy horse to deal and has a kind nature.

He will be ridden by Jack Sherwood.

Ascot

Bean ran well in his only race to date, finishing a close second to a nice type at Warwick.

He hit the front two furlongs out and when Leighton smacked him down the shoulder to go about his business he ran away from the stick forfeiting all momentum, by the time he got going again the winner had flown.

He hasn't strengthened up as much through the summer as I would have liked but I think that's probably his make and shape.

Bean is a half brother to listed winner Mischievous Milly and he's the third horse I've trained from this family, the others wanted soft ground as I'm sure he will if he's strong enough to handle it.

He will be ridden by Leighton Aspell.

Seaston Spirit is making his racecourse debut.

Seaston is a good looking son of Kayf Tara, he was in all last winter but we didn't manage to get him on track after he jumped out of the field when he was close to running, he picked up a few superficial cuts so we roughed him off.

Seaston does everything nicely at home, he has a good attitude and seems tough which is typical of his sire.

He will be ridden by Harry Beswick.

It's not ideal running two nice youngsters in the same race but both sets of owners can get there, there is nothing to choose between them on homework.

Querry is looked after by Harry Beswick, he will be led up by Marcel Danihel and is ridden at home by Erin Pringle.

Bean is looked after and will be led up by Gracie O'Reilly who also rides him at home.

Seaston is looked after by Marcel Danihel, he will be led up by Hannah Benson and is ridden at home by Charlotte Reid.
