Two runners tomorrow.
Exeter 2.25pm Blameitalonmyroots runs in a handicap chase over 3m.
Ruby ran ok at Uttoxeter first time out, she was flat out from the word go on ground that was quick enough for her but she did keep galloping.
She loves proper winter ground and I just hope the going is genuinely on the soft side tomorrow, as you know I’ve taken out horses at this course before when the conditions were not as advertised.
Ruby was pretty disappointing last season for no apparent reason, she seems in better form at home this year but obviously she still needs to prove it on a racecourse.

Ruby is a gorgeous looking mare who has no patience whatsoever, she can’t stand still for a moment and if you try and make her she gets very stroppy.

Ruby loves her jumping and you might have seen the video of her going around the cross country course at Cheltenham last month.
She loved that and came back as fresh as paint from the whole experience.

She will be ridden by Tom Garner.

Cheltenham 2.35pm Jersey Bean runs in a handicap hurdle over 3m.
Bean won his first two races this season before finishing second to an extremely well handicapped horse in Aaron Lad at Market Rasen who won here nicely at the last meeting.
Bean has gone up by twenty pounds since his first run this season and you never know how far up the ladder they can go until they get beaten but even though he was second last time out it was still his best run to date, he was attempting to give away a stone and three pounds to the winner.
It was a tough performance.

Bean is a tall, leggy type who loves good ground, he’s a cheeky horse who is usually a very accurate jumper.

He will be ridden by Richard Johnson.

Ruby is looked after by Gracie O’Reilly, she also looks after and rides out Bean so she is going to Cheltenham to lead him up. Ruby will be led up by Jana Stefanova and she is ridden at home by Tarnya.
